ACD Systems develops and markets digital imaging and technical illustration software for a worldwide audience. As a successful player in these rapidly expanding markets, ACD Systems is currently seeking applications for the position of Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inquiries from our customer base regarding product issues and pricing for the ACDSee and Canvas product lines. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service polices and pricing and know when issues need to be escalated for resolution.
